From Curls & Cleats to Higher Performance.

I grew up in Nashville (Yep, I’m a unicorn as they say) home of Fried Chicken and Goo Goo Clusters. It was not unusual to have homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Chocolate Gravy for breakfast. Sports and performance have been a part of my life from as long as I can remember. This pic is me at about 6 years old. Already in cleats (and curls, of course).

Along the way, I’ve worked with NFL, NHL, and PGA athletes, Division I competitors, executives, and artists—and I’ve spoken for organizations like KPMG, LBMC, Belmont University, and many others. But at the end of the day, what matters most to me is helping you build a healthier relationship with food, performance, and yourself.

I’m the author of The Metabolic Makeover, Limitless, and Your Unique Fizeek!: A Girl’s Guide to Faith, Fuel, and Finding Your Superpowers (a USA Today Best Seller in 2025). I also hosted the podcast Fuel, Sweat, & Science with Dr. Tiff, where I shared research-backed strategies to help people fuel their bodies and unlock their potential.

When I’m not coaching, teaching, or speaking, you’ll probably find me on the hunt for Nashville’s best sno cones or hanging out with my Cocker Spaniel, Tucker, who keeps life fun and a little chaotic.
