I don’t aspire to be a celebrity trainer, or have my own supplement line. I am not Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig — In fact, I always say, if I get repeat customers then I have not done my job!

Healthy... and Not So Healthy Beginnings

I grew up in Nashville (Yep, I’m a unicorn as they say) home of Fried Chicken and Goo Goo Clusters. It was not unusual to have homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with Chocolate Gravy for breakfast. My one saving grace was that I grew up an athlete, transitioning from season to season, and eventually competing at AAU and Club levels throughout high school. Once I got out of college, like so many competitive athletes, I had to re-learn how and what to eat in order to maintain the body I wanted. I started running. I started going to the gym for the first time. I was hooked.

A Decade of Dedication

I have spent over a decade developing what I believe to be the MOST successful, and sustainable approach to creating a lifestyle of health and performance. The SCIENCE of understanding how your body uses Food as FUEL, and turns SWEAT into beautiful, chiseled muscle. Once I had mastered this for myself, I knew I had to bring that same foundation of scientific principles to all of the rest of you.
