There are so many new products out there as the Keto lifestyle continues to take off. It is the new Buzz word like fried Brussel Sprouts and Buffalo Cauliflower. How do you know which ones are legit?  Could false claims be keeping you out of ketosis and wondering why you are not seeing results? Along with these products come the Protein cereals, tortillas and chips. These foods were not meant to have high protein. Think on that one.
